If you are using the Oculus Store: Navigate to C:\Program Files\Oculus\Software\Software\hyperbolic-magnetism-beat-saber\Beat Saber_Data\CustomLevels and delete the songs you don't want. If you are on Oculus Quest 1/2: Launch BMBF from unknown sources and go to the playlist tab. From there you can hit "X" to delete songs you don't want.
