Most runs take about 30 minutes, so it's still probably faster than trying to farm dailies. For the OP, my suggestion would be to do a run of dailies, then do a few runs of DA, asking people to pass you tokens.

I seem to remember Tokens of the Twelve dropping from all quests that were level 20+ even if it was just from the Difficulty of the quest. I have spent DDO points on Legendary raid timers because that is what the plan was and I did not have a character off timer. I want to be with the group and part of the fun. If everyone is getting on the TR train and you don't have enough tokens, by all means spend the ddo points. I spend the points for experiences not on cosmetic items or mounts.
