I agree, I have an old Browning A-5 Magnum that the previous owner dismantled to install a shell limiter in the magazine for the 3 shell limit for waterfowl. I got the gun for a song because it never functioned correctly. JSun said: Had the new A5 out all weekend duck and pheasant hunting. Went through a little over a box of Kent 1 1/4 oz. #2. Not a single malfunction of any kind. I may end up getting either an A5 Hunter or A5 Ultimate for upland with a 26" barrel. If you think you will be shooting 3.5" by all means get the 3.5" gun.
