Check your control setup. Make sure it is set as a Wheel, Sensitivity all the way right, non-linearity all the way left. I started to bleed the system by turning the wheel lock to lock and the the wheel just spins freely. The issue seems to be in the rubber boot coverd shaft under the car but on top of rack.
