Microsoft outlook down detector
According to downdetector.com there are a lot of users reporting issues with outlook.com tonight. For me though, it is a work account. Hello, this is the only one on July 10th I can see that was related to Teams. When you go to the admin center, click on "Show more" > "Health" on the left. Make sure you click on "issue history" for those in the past that have been restored now.
