Once you have killed her a little more or if you are feeling confident then you should use fire ant armor, as the corrosion and acid debuffs make her take much more damage. The best weapon for the fight is definitely a fresh toenail scimitar.
Any tier 3 armor set would do well. Bring something that can quickly destroy the spiderling and orb weaver jr. swarms too. As the other commenter said, if you have t3 gear you'll be ok With t2, maybe amor lvl5 and anything that exploits its vulnerabilities.
