The electrical plug going into the fan motor is the problem. Wiggle it and it starts working. Easy fix, under the glove box is a plastic cover, held in place by (2) plastic plug pins. I just swapped out a bad Blend door actuator and now when I press the AC button it just flashes and will not activate the AC it just flashes then the light goes out.
