A lot of people are calling this weapon OP after the patch. However, I did some testing and keen Uchigatana or Occult Uchigatana does more raw damage than Rivers at max level. The weapon art looks cool but also doesn't do as much damage as Blood slash even post nerf. Now I feel I wasted my dragon smithing stone on the weapon.
