It was buzzing at the chime, and eventually went entirely dead. I replaced the wall transformer, and am getting 16v out, and 16v at the chime, but only 7-9v on the other side of the system.Removing the chime connector puck was only a temporary solution because at random nights the chime would start buzzing very loudly so you definitely need it.
